Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RankInsight (the "Service"), including the Chrome extension and web dashboard. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

RankInsight analyzes websites you submit, generates SEO keywords using AI, and checks search-engine ranking positions for those keywords. Results and AI-generated suggestions are informational and don't guarantee any specific ranking outcome.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may only analyze websites you own or have permission to analyze.

3. Free and Pro plans

• The Free plan includes a limited number of website analyses and rank checks.
• The Pro plan (currently ₹199) includes 50 website analyses and 50 rank checks, valid for 30 days from purchase, paid via Razorpay. Pro does not auto-renew — you purchase again to continue.
• Plan pricing or limits may change going forward; changes won't apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: analyze websites without authorization, attempt to overload or abuse our infrastructure or third-party APIs, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Third-party data and accuracy

Ranking data comes from third-party search APIs and may differ slightly from what you see searching Google yourself, due to personalization, location, or timing. AI-generated keywords and recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees of SEO performance.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any impact on your website's actual search rankings.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
