Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Pro plan billing

The Pro plan is a one-time monthly purchase (₹199) granting 50 website analyses and 50 rank checks, valid for 30 days from purchase. It does not auto-renew — no recurring charge happens without you actively purchasing again.

2. Cancellation

Since Pro access is a single 30-day purchase rather than a recurring subscription, there's nothing to "cancel" — simply don't purchase again after your 30 days end, and your account reverts to the Free plan automatically.

3. Refund eligibility

We offer a refund if:

• You were charged but Pro access was not activated on your account due to a technical error on our end, or
• You request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and have used fewer than 5 analyses or rank checks from your Pro allotment.

Refunds are not available outside this window, since analyses/rank checks consume real third-party API costs on our side once used.

4. How to request a refund

Email aryanaryanisingh@gmail.com with your account email and Razorpay payment ID (from your payment confirmation). Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, credited to your original payment method via Razorpay.

5. Failed payments

If a payment is deducted but Pro access doesn't activate within a few minutes, contact us with your payment ID before requesting a refund — this is usually a verification delay we can resolve manually.
